Third ODI
Ravindra Jadeja kept India’s one-day series against New Zealand alive, smashing 15 runs from the last over to tie an epic third match in the series at Eden Park. Chasing 314, India were 184/6 with less than 15 overs remaining, but Jadeja (66*) and Ravi Ashwin (career-best 65) ensured India stayed in the game.
Earlier, India won the toss, and elected to field. New Zealand’s 50-over total of 314 was made possible by an innings of 111 from opener Martin Guptill.
